Working Foreman for Rengörare Näslund

Rengörare Näslund AB is a cleaning company in Stockholm focused on contract cleaning of commercial and public premises as well as private companies, primarily in the Stockholm area and surroundings.

We are now looking for a Working Foreman for our operations organization in ÖREBRO.

Job responsibilities beyond cleaning

You will be responsible for:

- leading and controlling daily cleaning, participating in cleaning at certain sites

- instructing new employees and substitutes and training staff in quality and environment

- performing quality controls and reporting deviations

- carrying out and controlling extra work

- assisting with startups

- key management

- ordering, receiving, and distributing cleaning materials

- maintaining order in the cleaning storage, managing the laundry room, and checking cleaning equipment

Your background:

- You must have documented industry experience

- You must have a B driver's license

- You have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

- Leadership experience from the service industry

- You should have a high school diploma or equivalent

- Experience working with administration
